[Design, Modeling, & rendering]
Below are projects worked on during my internship with Newell Rubbermaid (Newell Brands). Images shown are renders of products I designed, 3D modeled in Solidworks, then rendered with Bunkspeed (now Solidworks Visulaize).
[color, material, finish studies]
Modeled in Rhino 6, then rendered in Photoshop to determine CMF direction for thematic cladding which hides a Pizza oven in a themed restaurant.
[Tangram Chess Set]
The Tangram Chess set was a studio project done in my second year at DAAP. The goal of this exercise was to design a “family of form”; creating a specific aesthetic direction and applying that to multiple pieces of a chess set. This design has received so much positive feedback, so I like to keep it around.
[design & Model Making]
Below is my first product to market! During my time at Hasbro, I had the opportunity to work on a small team to develop a new game, Snackin’ Safari.
[design communication]
An exercise to practice design communication techniques; sketching, 3D modeling, and rendering. The idea behind this specific product was that you would use OLED tech to create a miniature note pad that would roll up into itself.
